About Ayhan Alman

Guten Tag and welcome! May I introduce myself: My name is Ayhan and I set up this blog as a digital journal. Initially started in English, I decided to change the language from time to time and to blog in my first language German.

Born and bred in south Germany by Turkish parents, I spent a few years in Berlin, before I moved to London.

I studied architecture first and later digital arts. I work as a designer in London and create artwork in my spare time for the sake of being an artist. My work is most likely video work, but sometimes I do prints and paintings as well, as they become part of my video work. I am interested in participation and response within art pieces.
